Message from Nature

Animals in nature are designed in a form that can easily fit into any modern space. Despite their large appearance there are gorillas with a gentle personality, meerkats that always keep an eye on their surroundings and protect the herd from danger, sloths that do not adapt to rapid changes and move slowly, and polar bears that have lost their way due to reduced glaciers due to global warming, and many others. This work was produced with the interest of animals as a motif.

In 2001, the worldview of two non-mainstream creators who loved music and videos became the standard for K-pop music videos. Their sophisticated originality became Zanybros’s signature styling as they paved the way for becoming the First Mover of K-pop music videos. This work expresses the universe of Pioneer Zanybros of K-Contents and a creative group that is leading various contents in the K-pop entertainment industry.

THE GIANT KKOJI is an interactive work that reinterprets the <KKOJI>, a desk object made of upcycling discarded paper, on an immensely enlarged scale. The wooden podium cleverly portrays Mudeungsan Seoseokdae, an iconic Gwangju landmark. Alongside other Gwangju symbols (Penguin Village, 5.18 People's Uprising Memorial Tower) within the KKOJI, it offers a special experience unique to the Gwangju Design Biennale Culture Hall.

OSBALL is a brand that has been developed to 'solve environmental problems and the use of container cosmetics'. The contents are placed in an one-time ball, minimizing preservatives, while increasing the preservation of natural-derived ingredients.

This was created by reimagining a coffee filter in a new form, and was designed to have a new role after the material achieves its purpose and meets with another physical property. The material and texture are modernized with the artist’s desired colors when facing the audience.
