Mountain Object Makers Cooperative is an artist run studio located in Function Junction, Whistler BC. The members came together through their passion for making crafted objects, the desire to share space and equipment, and their love for their mountainous environment.
Jenny Judge
Jenny Judge holds an MFA in sculpture from the University of Minnesota and has worked in many different materials such as clay. fibre, and craft installation. She moved to New Zealand in 2004 where she was introduced to the basic methods and techniques of kiln cast glass. On her return to Canada she helped co-found the Mountain Object Makers Cooperative in Whistler, BC and now works full time in kiln casting.
Brittani Buettner
Brittani's jewellery journey began as a young girl in West Kelowna creating beaded hemp bracelets and selling them to neighbours. Many years and numerous creative endeavours later, she found herself in the mountains of Nelson working towards a certification in Jewellery at Kootenay Studio Arts. After graduation she was able to take on her business Scenic Route Collection full time.

Lynda Harnish
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Lynda spends her time equally between the ocean front community of Long Beach Island, and the mountains of Whistler, BC. Her passion for the arts began in high school and continued through her university education. Her primary focus is in slip casting and mold making but adds touched of wheel throwing hand building and extruding to her ever evolving work with porcelain.
Margaret Forbes
Margaret has been playing with clay for over twenty five years. Although mostly self taught, she received some formal training at Mohawk Collage, Hamilton Ontario through a Fine Arts Certificate program. She established Mountain Path Potter in 2014. She is co-founder and past studio member of Mountain Object Makers Cooperative in Whistler, BC. She now works from her home studio in Gibsons, BC.

Trisha Nakagawa
Trisha has been learning and experimenting with fused glass since 2007. She loves the entire process of glass fusing, from selecting each individual piece of glass to seeing her creations come to life in the kiln. She produces a range of colourful fused glass jewellery and home accessories under her company name: nik nak fused glass. Trisha is a studio member and co-founder of Mountain Object Makers Cooperative.
